Oh my goodness, we just moved!  Our kitchen is now in Westchester, although still in many many boxes. French Meringue Buttercream

Sometimes people tell me that they don't like buttercream, that it's too sweet or too rich. I get that; many times I find that same thing, especially with American buttercream. (I think I've told you before I am a buttercream snob.)
