Chocolate Raspberry Mini-cupcakes

Sometimes the best ideas come from requests from friends. I have my preferences or get stuck in my ruts and it takes a little push for me to try something new. French Meringue Buttercream

Sometimes people tell me that they don't like buttercream, that it's too sweet or too rich. I get that; many times I find that same thing, especially with American buttercream. (I think I've told you before I am a buttercream snob.) "Pink lady" vanilla mini-cupcakes

​ I'm new to having a kid in school. My eldest daughter is in Kindergarten this year and we are getting used to the frequent requests for volunteers or chaperones or whatever.
